What is the delivery time for Profstyle products?

For products in stock, such as the StyleOUT Linis 3x240L, delivery within Ireland takes up to 2 weeks.

Custom orders need to be manufactured and shipped from Slovenia. Please ask our friendly staff for exact times but typically the delivery time is 3 to 5 months from the order date.

Do I need to assemble the kitchen, bin enclosure, or storage unit myself?

No, all products are delivered assembled. However, it is the customer's responsibility to prepare an appropriate surface for the item. Please check the required surface type and surface dimensions for each product.

For extra equipment requiring electricity, such as plugs in the StyleOUT Bike and CookOUT Outdoor Kitchen, the customer must connect the plugs themselves. We will mount the plug on the unit during assembly.

Plumbing is also done by the customer.

What type of surface do I need to prepare before installation?

• Bin Enclosures: Any hard, level surface such as concrete slabs, asphalt, or paving slabs. Bin enclosures can also be placed on pebbles, but we recommend a more stable surface for optimal durability.
• Storage Units (StyleOUT Bike, Garage, and Store): A flat, hardened surface like concrete, pavement, or slabs. For safety, we recommend anchoring the unit to the ground but note that asphalt may not be ideal for this.
• CookOUT Kitchen: Any hard, level surface.

Can I place the units on slightly sloped terrain?

• StyleOUT Waste Enclosures, Store, and Garage: These products are equipped with adjustable, corrosion-resistant legs to accommodate minor unevenness. For sloped terrain, the incline must not exceed 3 cm along the unit's full length.
• StyleOUT Bike: For uneven terrain, an upgrade option for a floor plate with sliding doors is available. Contact our staff for more details.

What is the warranty on the items?

All items come with a 10-year warranty covering weather damage and normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidents.

What maintenance is required?

Our products are made of high-quality powder-coated anodized aluminum and stainless steel, so no repainting is necessary.

• For dirty surfaces, simply wipe with a wet cloth. For stubborn dirt, use ecological cleaners but ensure the surfaces are rinsed with water afterward.
• To refresh the paint or remove tough stains, we recommend 3M Cleaner 50089 (Citrus Base Cleaner).
• For movable parts like sliding doors, use a high-quality lubricant that does not leave a sticky residue, such as Forsch S416 or Würth HHS 5000.

Are the Linis doors made of wood?

No, the Linis models and all other models are made of aluminum. Special procedures during coating are used to imitate wood for our Linis line. If you are interested in custom wooden designs, please contact our staff.

Do I pay for the order before or after delivery?

All orders must be paid in full before production. Since our products are custom-made and shipped overseas, payment is required upfront to cover production and shipping costs.

What is your refund policy?

For custom orders, refunds are not possible as these items are unique and cannot be resold.

For in-stock items, such as bin enclosures, refunds are possible but may include handling and delivery fees.
